Payment Processing Solutions has two loyalty programs for account holders: Extra Awards and Cash Rebate. These enable the earning of points or cash for using credit cards, debit cards, or participating in any service you wish to reward. Points are redeemable for travel, gift cards, cash, or you can create your own award. These programs offer tremendous flexibility, enabling you to satisfy the demands of account holders and reinforce loyalty to your brand. Travel, Gift Cards, and Cash (including charitable contributions)- Travel
- Purchases earn points—not miles tied to a specific airline.
- Travel rebates, or hotel and rental car certificate options are available.
- Account holders may book travel themselves or directly with the program’s travel agents.
- Ticket cancellation insurance is available.
- Gift Cards/Certificates
- Points earned are redeemed for gift cards or certificates that can be spent directly with participating merchants, online or retail.
- Account holders can choose from restaurants, travel and leisure, gasoline, and top retailers of electronics, apparel, sporting goods, music, movies, and more.
- Cash for Points*
- Purchases earn points that the account holders can redeem for cash.
- Multiple disbursement options are available: checking account, savings account, credit card account, loan account, gift card, or check.
Customized Awards†
Create awards that fit your particular needs. It’s your choice.
- Set the ratio of point accumulation for each program: for example, one point per dollar.
- Create temporary promotions, such as double points for one month.
- You can set up your program to offer Visa or MasterCard branded gift cards or alternatively, you can allow account holders to redeem points for a charity
- Add relationship awards—that means providing points for non-card relationships such as a loan or opening an account.
- Award bonus points for shopping at local merchants.
- Award your own merchandise or discounts on services.
Householding
Extra Awards provides the option of combining points earned from more than one BIN to accumulate in a single account. For example, an account holder may earn points with a credit card, debit card, and business card, with all points going into a single account balance.Details made simple
Payment Processing Solutions provides monthly reports outlining account holder point totals and redemptions for Extra Awards. Point accumulations can be printed on account holder’s monthly statements or on a Payment Processing Solutions-supplied paper statement or e-statement.Cash Rebate Program
This program enables you to schedule regular payouts based on point accumulations. The account holder does not need to ask for a redemption.- Payment Processing Solutions' processing system calculates transactions on a monthly or quarterly basis. Cash Rebate amounts of one-half percent, one percent, or two percent of total purchases are common.
- You can increase the cash-back amount temporarily for promotions.
- You can select a minimum or maximum cash payout.
- You may choose to offer rebates in tiered amounts—the first $1,000 at one-half percent, the $1,000 at one percent, and so on.
- You can choose to issue a check or credit the account holder's account. Disbursement options are handled by the financial institution.
